We offer ONE TO ONE clinics with land-based Ergometer training and pool-based video analysis. Sessions are comprised of 45min Vasa and 1hr 15min pool video analysis and drills. Cost 70 Euros. 3 pre-booked sessions at 180 Euros. Whether you are a novice or more experienced swimmer. You will swim with less effort for sure and see an improvement in your times.

GROUP CLINICS with a maximum of six swimmers on a two day intensive course using three Vasa Ergometer Swimbenches The sessions include; Vasa induction, pool-based video filming and feedback, specific open water skills including sighting and drafting.  Cost 150 Euros per person. Perfect for helping you attain your best in open water swimming and having fun whilst doing it!
The combination of land-based training and pool swimming in the same session means nothing is ever boring. Triathletes and leisure swimmers alike will benefit and swim more efficiently!

As a coach, using the Vasa Ergometer Swimbench allows instant correction of swimmers strokes, giving immediate feedback which is not possible in the water. Other benefits include accurate measurements of force, length and rate of stroke using the Vasa Power Meter as well as providing a workout using the specific muscle groups applicable to swimming.
