Session Details

When attending a session, please wear gym clothes

Please bring a bottle of water or recovery drink

On your first session we will go through a simple induction on the correct use of the Ergometer.
This applies to everyone - novices and experienced swimmers alike

Subsequent sessions are run along the lines of a 'Spin Class' where athletes work together over set intervals and distances. Your instructor will check your stroke to ensure you are maintaining good form.
